I started this 70's Speedway project with the intention of only getting the bike painted, but after "opening the can of worms" i cant seem to stop. Added a handmade tank and custom drop outs. which will be machined aluminum plates and 3/4" clevis locks to hold em in place.

Score! Yesterdays technology, today..

Not too far from here, there are people who have nothing but "passed down crap"; collecting dust in the far corners of their house. They see no use.. nor can they look at "IT" without squinting. I cant believe today that, while in need of a quality drill press to finalize gadgets on the ghia. I would score a 1956 Craftsman unit. 1/2 hp, 5ft tall. This middle age dude not too far from my house was setting up his driveway for the weekly BLOW out. 100$ no questions and ran.I too live and believe in the saying "yesterdays technology, today. Currently workin on the getting a matching ban saw.

Been printing?

Ya well i know its been a delay on getting new pics of the NEW shop up. Had to build alot to get this work'n right. Pretty happy that things are goin to plan and somewhat smooth. Ill be really diving into this head first. printing on just about anything i can get my hands on. And for just about nothin to keep alive. For anyone who thinks that i have it easy work'n for myself, think again, I constantly worry about what the future holds and can NEVER count on a steady paycheck. I go from "broke" to feelin rich and back to broke all in the amount of a few days.It is the feelin of freedom that keeps this alive.

Back so soon!
Awsome trip. I want to thank Cole for letting such a Goon like myself tag along. Even though i had to babysit his ass! also thanks to Kelly and Jeff Decker, Lissa and "New york Bobby, for the laughs and Larry merch. Never before have i felt so welcomed by complete strangers. And not to forget my new WOP friends Alberto, who treated me drinks, espresso and a good time where ever we where. Italy was truly memorable because of you guys.
More pics to come......
